OKBeat ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses the OKBeat platform at okbeat.net. When you create an OKBeat account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — such as Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, or Makati), email address, and mobile phone number. This information is required to create and maintain your account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, OKBeat collects copies of government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID card. We may also collect proof of address documents and selfie photographs for biometric verification purposes.

2.3 Financial Data

When you make deposits or request withdrawals, OKBeat collects transaction records including payment method identifiers (such as GCash mobile numbers, PayMaya account references, or bank account details for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), transaction amounts in Philippine Peso (₱), timestamps, and transaction status records. Full payment account credentials are not stored by OKBeat — these are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processing partners.

2.4 Gaming Activity Data

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, OKBeat processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity — processing required to perform the contract between OKBeat and you as a registered player, including account management, payment processing, and game delivery.
• Legal obligation — processing required to comply with Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, AML reporting obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), and data breach notification requirements under NPC Circular 16-03.
• Legitimate interests — processing carried out for OKBeat's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, security monitoring, and platform improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent — processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent, including the sending of marketing communications. Where consent is the legal basis, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

OKBeat does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

6.1 Service Providers

OKBeat engages third-party service providers to assist in operating the platform. These include identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), cloud hosting providers, fraud detection services, and customer support software providers. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only on OKBeat's instructions and in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy law.

6.2 Regulatory Authorities

OKBeat is required to share certain player data with Philippine regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the National Privacy Commission (NPC), where required by law or in response to a lawful order or investigation.

6.3 Law Enforcement

OKBeat may disclose personal data to Philippine law enforcement agencies where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other lawful legal process, or where OKBeat reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, protect the safety of players or staff, or comply with a legal obligation.

6.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of OKBeat's business, player personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. OKBeat will notify affected players of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the acquiring entity prior to the transfer taking effect.

• Financial transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AML record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming activity records — retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each game session, for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Customer support communications — retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless the communication relates to an unresolved dispute or regulatory matter.
• Marketing consent records — retained for the duration of your account and for two (2) years following account closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with OKBeat's data disposal procedures.

OKBeat implements a range of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption in transit — all data transmitted between your device and OKBeat's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.

• Right to Data Portability — you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint — if you believe OKBeat has violated your data privacy rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact OKBeat's Data Protection Officer using the contact details provided in Section 13. OKBeat will respond to all data rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

The OKBeat platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. OKBeat does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under the age of 21. This restriction is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style online gambling.

If OKBeat becomes aware that personal data has been submitted by an individual under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and report the incident to PAGCOR where required. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after verification.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered an OKBeat account or submitted personal data to OKBeat, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 13. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and will act promptly on any such report.

OKBeat reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be published at okbeat.net/privacy-policy, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

For material changes — such as changes to the categories of data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, or the third parties with whom we share it — OKBeat will provide advance notice to registered players via in-platform notification or email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the OKBeat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and request withdrawal of your real money balance in accordance with OKBeat's Terms and Conditions.
