OKBeat Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "OKBeat," "we," "us," "our" refers to the OKBeat platform and its operating entity, including all services, games, and features accessible at okbeat.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the OKBeat platform or accesses any part of the OKBeat service.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the OKBeat platform, through which the player accesses games, deposits funds, and requests withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the OKBeat website, mobile interface, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their OKBeat account using approved payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds credited to a player's account by OKBeat, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process OKBeat uses to confirm a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that oversees licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the OKBeat platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Access to and use of the OKBeat platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a player's use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of OKBeat, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your use of the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.

OKBeat reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by OKBeat may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an OKBeat account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active OKBeat account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. OKBeat uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
• Any bonus funds or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Real money balances may be withheld pending a full account review.
• OKBeat reserves the right to permanently ban players found to have created duplicate accounts in bad faith.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OKBeat username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. OKBeat will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorized by you, unless you have notified OKBeat of unauthorized access prior to that activity occurring.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

OKBeat is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. OKBeat reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

OKBeat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the OKBeat cashier interface and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your OKBeat account in real time. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account balance. OKBeat does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal request triggers an automated security review.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the player's single-transaction withdrawal limit.
• There are outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds in the account.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

OKBeat applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. OKBeat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a payment method different from the deposit source.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by OKBeat are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Real money funds in your account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to Section 4 of these Terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.
• Reload bonuses and ongoing promotions are subject to individual eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms.
• Players who have self-excluded or are subject to a cooling-off period are not eligible to claim bonuses during that period.
• OKBeat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

OKBeat actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, OKBeat reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account.

All games available on the OKBeat platform — including slots such as Rave Party Fever, Queen of Bounty, and 3 Gods Fishing, live table games such as Dragon and Tiger, and arcade-style games such as Let's Shoot and Water Polo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems used by OKBeat's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel accessible from the OKBeat game lobby. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return across a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, OKBeat's policy is as follows:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's real money balance.
• If a game round has been completed and the result recorded in OKBeat's system prior to a disconnection, that result stands and the outcome will be applied to the player's account upon reconnection.
• OKBeat's game logs constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes. In the event of a dispute, OKBeat's server-side records will be used to determine the correct outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OKBeat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one OKBeat account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with OKBeat games or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in OKBeat's platform or game software. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the OKBeat platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of OKBeat's platform or games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OKBeat staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the OKBeat platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

OKBeat is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to every account holder at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the OKBeat platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All content on the OKBeat platform — including but not limited to the OKBeat brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of OKBeat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the OKBeat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any OKBeat content without prior written consent.
• Use OKBeat's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on OKBeat's platform design, game interfaces, or proprietary software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the OKBeat platform.

Any unauthorized use of OKBeat's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OKBeat's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any game outcome shall be limited to the amount of real money funds held in the player's OKBeat account at the time the claim arises.

OKBeat shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond OKBeat's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or termination for terms violations.

Nothing in these Terms limits OKBeat's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

OKBeat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an OKBeat account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

OKBeat will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers where required to operate the platform lawfully and in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine data protection law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.1 Dispute Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to OKBeat's support team. OKBeat will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. OKBeat is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.

12.2 Regulatory Complaints

If a dispute cannot be resolved through OKBeat's internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over OKBeat's licensed operations.

OKBeat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at okbeat.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

For material changes — including changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — OKBeat will provide notice to registered players via in-platform notification or email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the OKBeat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your real money balance in accordance with Section 4.
